•Deliver high-quality in-person Career and Technical Education support professional development, along with web-based meetings.
•Proactively work with Implementation and Relationship Management of CTE School Programming, College and Career Academies, and to collect all relevant details of the client's needs and goals to prepare for an effective CTE division in districts and/or schools.
•Focus on improving the instructional support by career technical education instructors.
•Meets with CTE administrators to determine priority training focus topics including, but not limited to; Career Academies, CTE Standards, Courses, Assessments, and Academic Alignment, Special Education Service Delivery, Data, and other CTE components.
•Provides support through high-quality professional development to CTE staff on the implications of student’s characteristics with respect to outcomes environments and support needs.
•Assists instructional staff to identify appropriate educational program planning that is inclusive of all students.
•Demonstrates appropriate instructional strategies that support students in the Career Technical Education environment.
•Develops and implements in cooperation with the CTE administration's ongoing evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented high-quality programs.
